How to Book

How to Book

Simply fill in your details in the form provided, chose your coach times and make your payment online. A booking confirmation email will be sent to you. There will be a rep at the airport to meet you.

Be sure to give yourself a minimum of an hour between your flight arrival and your coach departure. Allow for delays on your return to the airport, give yourself a minimum of three hours between your departure from Resort and your flight departure time.

If you miss your coach from the airport we will do our best to get you onto the next available transfer, however, The Alpine Transfer Company will not be responsible for missed flights.

 

In resort Coach Stop info

At each stop at the designated time you will find your coach clearly marked with THE ALPINE TRANSFER COMPANY logo in the front window. There will be a rep on board to check you off/on and to help with any problems you may have. Our coaches work to a specific schedule and cannot be expected to wait for late passengers. PLEASE BE AT YOUR STOP 5 MINUTES BEFORE DEPARTURE in order to be sure to not miss your return.

Baggage Store Information

The Hotel Chalet Chamois is situated just below the sport centre on the Chemin de la Chapelle. Here you can leave luggage until you can access your residence, or should you need to vacate your residence before your scheduled departure. There is an ATC rep at the Chamois throughout the day apart from when he/she is seeing off guests, however we cannot be responsible for baggage left here. Hot and cold snacks are available in the bar or on the sunny terrace throughout the day as well as full english until one o'clock.
