Today the Alpine Transfer Company, based in Briancon in the Hautes Alpes in Eastern France released its airport transfer routes from Italy’s Caselle Turin airport to the mountain resorts of Serre Chevalier, Montgenevre, Monetiere, Briancon in France and local resorts of Sestriere, Bardoneccia, Claviere, and Sauze D’Oulx in the Piedmonte area of Northen Italy.

If you are flying into the Turin aerodrome of Caselle from the UK airports of London Gatwick or London Stanstead with British Airways or Ryanair, know that ATC has a scheduled and non-scheduled transfer service leaving from the Caselle hangar, heading up towards the Frejus tunnel, and up towards Mongenevre, over the col and into the Serre Chevalier Valley. The transfer times can vary depending on traffic, but a private airport transfer with your chauffeur waiting for you at the arrivals oin Turin is a very efficient way to get to your ski resort and mountain chalet or accommodation.

There are other ways to get from Turin to the mountain, which involves a bus from the airport to the town center, catching a train from Porta Nourva train station, heading to Oulx and getting picked up there, but for most tourists this is not and option, a lengthy trip, and difficult with heavy bags.
