ATC Terms and Conditions

1: Where two or more people are included in the same booking, the person purchasing the booking shall do so on the basis that he acts as an agent for both or all members of the party and accepts these booking conditions on behalf of each member of the party.

2: Cancellations must be made five days in advance. In the event that a deposit has been taken the client will receive a full refund, less notice will result in a loss of their deposit. If no deposit has been taken and a client fails to arrive or cancels within 24 hours of their travel time then The Alpine Transfer Company will be entitled to take full payment for the transfer.

3: Changes to bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the arranged transfer. If a passengers travel arrangements have been changed The Alpine Transfer Company will endeavour to accommodate the changes but are under no obligation to carry those passengers.

4: It is the responsibility of the passenger(s) to ensure that all details are correct on their booking. ATC accepts no responsibility for incorrect flight times.

5: The Alpine Transfer Company will use every reasonable means to ensure that the vehicle(s) arrive(s) on time and that it reaches its destination on time. We will not incur any liability whatsoever in the event of any delay due to causes beyond our control.

6: The Alpine Transfer Company will endeavour to carry our passengers with the maximum of comfort and convenience. However circumstances beyond our control may prevent the achievement of this responsibility. The following are examples of circumstances, which are not within our control:

a. Accidents causing delays to the vehicle
b. Exceptional severe weather conditions
c. Compliance with requests of the police
d. Deaths and accidents on the road
e. Vandalism and terrorism
f. Unforeseen traffic delays
g. Industrial action by third parties
h. Problems caused by other customers

7: If we fail for any reason within our control to deliver you to your confirmed destination we will provide suitable alternative transport. Any reimbursement made shall be no more than the cost of getting to the destination.

8: Vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims, as required under French law. However, whilst every care is always taken, customer’s property is carried entirely at his or her own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage. Customers are therefore advised to check their own travel insurance.

9: The Alpine Transfer company schedule all their departure to arrive a minimum of one hour before the scheduled departure of a flight. Should a client insist on a change of pickup time we will accept no responsibility for any losses incurred due to missing a flight or onward connection.

10: All transactions will be made in Euros. This means with a fluctuating exchange rate the pounds amount may vary.

11: We will ask for a 50% deposit on all bookings. This can be paid by bank transfer or Credit Card. The balance must be paid latest on the day of the transfer. This can be done by the methods above or by paying cash to the driver.

12: Where The Alpine Transfer Company book transport on services provided by operators other than ATC we do so as agents for the operator concerned whose own conditions of carriage will apply and our liability will be confined to travel on our own services.

13: The company reserves the right to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour is considered to pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle or the other passengers.

14: Parents are responsible for the conduct of minors and will be held accountable for any damages.

15: Privacy Policy – Our Company does not store financial details of any kind.
