Where will you meet us at the airport?

Our professional driver will meet you as you come through arrivals – just look for “The Alpine Transfer Company” logo.

How do I book and pay for my transfer?

Booking is easy! Simply fill in the form above and we will respond within 24 hours with the transfer options available to you.

Payment will be taken in Euros (€) once your transfer is confirmed, and a minimum 50% deposit is required on all bookings. Payment can be made by credit card over the phone or by direct bank transfer; the remainder of payment can also be paid to your driver in cash upon arrival.

Do I have to pay extra for skis and bikes?

No, we do not charge extra for equipment or luggage. Our transfer vehicles can accommodate all baggage needs but please inform us in advance of how much you will be carrying, especially if you may have special luggage or equipment requirements.

What time will you pick me up on my departure day?

Collection details will be confirmed during your stay in resort, as times will depend upon where you are staying and which airport you are going to.
We will pick you up in sufficient time to get you to the airport at the start of your check-in time (usually 2 hours before your flight).

Contact us for more details or speak to your driver on the way to your destination to discuss your departure time.

What is the difference between transfer types offered by ATC?

The types of transfer available to you depend largely on your arrival airport or train station.

Scheduled Transfers generally offer our best value fare on a per person basis and are available on Saturdays only via our most popular routes, from Turin and Grenoble airport.

Non-scheduled Transfers can be booked from any arrival airport for 1 to 8 passengers and pricing is set by distance to travel and the number of passengers on your transfer; for example, 4 passengers traveling from Grenoble to La Grave will pay €500 in total (approx. €125 per person) whereas 8 passengers will pay the slightly higher fee of €550, but a lower fee each (€68.75 per person).

We will always endeavour to arrange the best-value transfer to meet your needs by providing Shared Transfer services where possible.

Private Transfers will guarantee you will not travel with any other passengers; available from any arrival airport and for individual travelers or groups of up to 60 passengers.

Don’t forget, we also offer ‘Ski Away Days‘ – transfers between local resorts during your stay.

How long does the transfer take?

We can give you approximate journey times for each of our transfer routes when you make your booking. These times may vary depending on the service booked, if travel is during peak season or busy periods or if road or weather conditions are poor.

Do you have child seats available?

ATC can provide baby seats – at no extra charge – for children between the ages of 9 months and 4 years and booster seats for children who require them; please inform us of your requirements in advance. You will need to bring your own carrier for babies younger than 9 months.

Do the drivers speak English?

All ATC drivers speak English and French.

What do I do if I can not find my driver?

If you have difficulty finding your driver at the airport please call the ATC office on +33 (0)6 85 68 71 31 and we will locate them for you.

Will the driver wait if my flight is delayed?

Yes, however if your flight is delayed by more than one hour it may affect your pickup. In this case, The Alpine Transfer Company reserve the right to pick you up in the next available minibus. You will not be charged extra if your flight is delayed.

We will always endeavour to do our best for the customer in these situations, but cannot 100% guarantee a maximum amount of waiting time.
