Here are some frequently asked questions about our service.

Where do you meet us at the airport?

We meet you as you come through arrivals. Just look out for the “Alpine Transfer Company” logo.

Do I have to pay extra for skis and bikes?

No, we can accommodate all baggage needs, but please inform us in advance.

What time will you pick me up on my departure day?

It depends where you are staying and which airport you are going to. We will pick you up in sufficient time to get you to the airport at the start of your check in time (usually 2 hours). Contact us via our enquiry form for more details or speak to your driver on the way to your destination to firm up your departure time.

How long does the transfer take?

We can give you approximate journey times when you are making your booking. These times may vary depending on the service booked, or at peak times or if road conditions are poor.

Do you have childseats available?

ATC have baby seats for children between the ages of 9mths and 4years, we also have booster seats for children who require them. If your baby is less than 9 mths please provide your own carrier.

Do the drivers speak English?

All ATC drivers speak English and French.

What do I do if I can not find my driver?

If you have difficulty finding your driver at the airport please call the ATC office and we will locate them for you.

Will the driver wait if my flight Is delayed?

Yes, however if your flight is delayed by more than one hour it may affect your pickup. In this case, The Alpine Transfer Company reserve the right to pick you up in the next available minibus. You will not be charged extra if your flight is delayed .The Alpine Transfer Company will always endeavour to do their best for the customer in these situations, but cannot 100% guarantee a maximum amount of waiting time.
