Turin Airport provides connections to over 40 European destinations, including Amsterdam, Barcelona, Berlin, Brussels, Dublin, East Midlands, Glasgow, London, Madrid, Moscow, Munich, Paris and Stockholm. The airport was recently refurbished in preparation for the Torino 2006 Winter Olympics and provides the principal gateway to the Alpine ski resorts of the Via Lattea (the Milky Way) in Italy, as well as the French resorts of Montgenevre, Serre Chevalier and Briancon.
Despite its prominence as a major international airport, Turin has no direct public transport connections with the major Alpine ski resorts. If you do wish to travel by public transport you will have to first transfer from Turin Airport to Torino Porta Nuova railway station, then catch a train to Oulx, and finally catch a bus to Montgenèvre (23km) or Briancon (38km). The whole journey is likely to last at least 4 hours as long as you are fortunate with your connections.
Fortunately we at the Alpine Transfer Company are on hand to pick you up from Turin Airport and transfer you directly to your alpine accommodation. We provide Turin transfers to Montgenèvre (1'25"), Briancon (1'40") & Serre Chevalier (1'50"). If you would like to book a Turin ski transfer please fill in the booking form below.
